Ingredients
- RAW DOUGH:
- Juice of one lemon
- zest from one lemon
- 12 dates
- 1 cup cashew meal
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1 tsp poppy seed
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- COATING:
- 1/3 cup cashew meal
- 1 tsp poppy seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Add first ten ingredients to food processor and blend until well combined.
Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls (approx 24-28).
Add ⅓ cup cashew meal to small plate and roll each bite (should be somewhat sticky) into cashew meal to coat, then top with extra poppy seeds.
Put in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then eat!
Store in refrigerator or freezer (according to your preference) for up to one week.
