Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak -- (1 1/2 to 3)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Add meat. Marinate 24 hours, turning meat often. Great on the grill - then slice the meat thin.
