Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • water pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put flour and salt in a bowl. Mix a well in center, add egg. Pour enough water in until you have a stiff dough. Then mix with spoon, and then hands. Flatten and snip into boiling salt and onion water. Boil about 5 - 10 minutes or until float on top. Drain.
