Ingredients
- 8 chicken tenders (1 oz each)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Toss chicken tenders in 1 tbsp. lime juice and 1 tbsp. brown sugar. Thread chicken on skewers, season and broil, turning once, until browned, 5-6 minutes.
Cook coconut milk, peanut butter, 1 tbsp. lime juice and 1 tbsp. brown sugar over medium, stirring until smooth.
Serve chicken with the sauce and lime wedges.
