Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 2/3 Cup Flour
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 8x8 dish.
Melt butter; stir the cocoa powder into melted butter.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar for several minutes.
Add butter/cocoa mixture to egg mixture and stir. Add the flour and stir until combined (don't overmix).
Put batter into baking dis and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes and take it out. It will seem undercooded, bit it's not! Don't be tempted to continue baking it until it's hard--you will end up with a tough brownie!
Let cool for 10 minutes and you will have a soft, fudgy, yummy brownie. Slice & eat. It's best when it's warm.
