Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 3 Egg Yolks, saving whites for meringue
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Grated Lemon Peel
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Sour Cream

Step 1
Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil. Add butter and vanilla. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Put into baked pie shell. Top with meringue or Cool Whip. Yield: 1 pie.
