    Cup Milk

    Cup Sugar

    Cup Cornstarch

  • tsp. Salt

  • 3

    Egg Yolks, saving whites for meringue

  • 1

    tsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1

    tsp. Grated Lemon Peel

  • ¼

    Cup Butter

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla

  • 1

    Cup Sour Cream

Directions

Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil. Add butter and vanilla. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Put into baked pie shell. Top with meringue or Cool Whip. Yield: 1 pie.
