Artichoke Dip (Heroin)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans ( 8 1/2 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (not too finely)
  • 1 tsp of artichoke juice from can
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup hellman's mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dash oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together, form into large pan (fits well in quiche pan). Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Tastes great when garnished with oregano - sprinkle on before baking. Serve with rye crisp crackers, french bread, triscuits.
