Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 4 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in seasonings and tomato sauce. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes.

Prepare 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles as package directs. Drain. Arrange one layer of lasagna noodles in parallel strips in bottom of greased 9" x 13" baking pan. Top with 1/3 meat mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
