Ingredients
- 5 lbs. ground pork
- 2 cups rice
- little onion
- 1 or 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, wrap in cabbage leaves. Place sauerkraut on bottom of pan. Layer pigs and sauerkraut in pan. Fill with water and bake until water is almost out.
Bake at 350 degrees.
