Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, largely diced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 2 carrots, medium diced
- 1 Fuji apple
- 1/2 onion, medium diced
- 1/2 package cooked ham, small dice
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/2 T. sugar
- 1/2 T.salt
- 1/2 t. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes, carrots, and onions (put the onions in 20 minutes after potatoes and carrots).Drain and let cool completely. Add all other ingredients and serve at room temperature.
