Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, largely diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 2 carrots, medium diced
  • 1 Fuji apple
  • 1/2 onion, medium diced
  • 1/2 package cooked ham, small dice
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/2 T. sugar
  • 1/2 T.salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes, carrots, and onions (put the onions in 20 minutes after potatoes and carrots).Drain and let cool completely. Add all other ingredients and serve at room temperature.
