Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 - 6 oz. sea bass filets
- 1 lime
- chile powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all salsa ingredients and season with salt and pepper. For Fish - brush fillets with olive oil and squeeze lime over the top. Sprinkle with chile powder. Barbeque, broil or roast until cooked through.
