Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 1/2 cup 40%bran flakes or all bran cereal
- 1/3 c vegetable oil or shortening.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. set aside
2. place 40% bran flakes, milk, egg and oil in mixing bowl, and beat well.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients to bran flakes mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin-pan cups.
4. bake at 400 degrees about 25 mins ur until golden
