Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. grated cheddar
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
- 1/4 c. melted marg.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli until tender crisp. DRAIN WELL. Place broccoli into margarine greased oblong baking dish. Combine the next 5 ingred. Pour over hot broccoli, toss croutons with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 min. until bubbly.
