Yellow Cake with Crushed Pineapple/Cool Whip Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 Tub Cool Whip
• 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
• 1 pkg. lemon pudding (mixed)
• 1 pkg. cream cheese
• 1 Box Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake mix to directions in cake pan and make lemon pudding to directions.

In large bowl mix together cream cheese. After cake has cooled, spread pudding on cake evenly. Drain pineapple, sprinkle on top and cover with Cool Whip evenly.
