Parmesan Potato Wedges

  • 4 med. potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes into wedges and place in ziploc bag. Add oil and seal. Shake to coat. Combine cheese and seasonings, add a few potatoes at a time and shake to coat.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375F for 3-35 min. turning once.
