Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 cup minced pimientos
- Pinch cayenne
- 16 slices pumpernickel bread, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, mix everything but toast; season. Using a 4-inch football- shaped cookie cutter, cut toasts. Spread filling on half the toasts; top with remaining toasts.
