7Up Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 4 c Bisquick
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c 7Up
  • 1/2 c melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Bisquick, sour cream and 7Up. Dough will be very soft - don't worry. Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit or cookie cutter. (The dough was too soft for me to do this, I just dropped large spoonfuls into the prepared baking dish.

Melt butter in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes, or until brown. (mine took more like 20 minutes)
