Balsamic Honey Reduction

Drizzle this over salmon, chicken, lamb, etc. It's slightly sweet and contrasts nicely with blue cheese crumbles and red onion slivers in a salad with your choice of meat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the vinegar over medium high heat until it reduces to 1/2 cup, stirring occasionally. Stir in the honey. Cool slightly.
