- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of sea slat
- fruit/berries
- coconut milk

Cook quinoa according to directions
Add chia seed, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt
Add fruit and a little milk, Stir everything together!
