Creme de Menthe Brownies

Ingredients

First Layer: 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1-16 oz. can of hershey syrup, 4 eggs beaten, 1 t. vanilla, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix all ingredients pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 mi

Preparation

Step 1

Second layer: 2 cups confection sugar, 1/2 cup soft butter, 3 T. green creme de menthe. Cream together spread evenly over chocolate layer

Third layer: 1 cup chocolate chips, 6 T. butter. Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave. Cool slightly and spread over green layer. Let cool. Cut in squares, chill and serve.
