Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, halved if large
- 2 c sauerkraut drained
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 1 t caraway seeds
- koshe and pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds bratwurst
- 1/4 c fresh flat parsley, chopped
- pumpernickel bread

Preparation
Step 1
Place in crock pot , potatoes, sauerkraut, onion, broth, wine and spices. Nestle the bratwurst in veggies.
Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8 hours.
Serve with parsley and serve with buttered bread and mustard.
