Ingredients
- 1/2 c molasses
- 1/4 c prepared mustard
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 c beer
Preparation
Step 1
Blend in saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer five minutes. Yields 2 c.
Serve over roasted beef brisket or regular roast.
