Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 5 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Margarine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients; add margarine, mixing until crumbly. Add eggs and milk gradually to dry ingredients; beat until thoroughly mixed. Put mixture in a greased 9" x 13" pan. Brush top with 4 Tbs. melted butter and sprinkle with 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees. Yield: 10 servings.
