Ingredients
- 2 Cups Mashed Yams
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger
- 1/8 tsp. Cloves
- 1 Cup Cream or Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar, salt and spices. Add yams and cream; mix well. Fold in coconut.
