Ingredients
- 8 cups dry bread crumbs
- 4 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1.5 cups chopped celery
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3/4 level tbsp sage powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in oil at low heat and add celery
Add this to bread crumbs, rice, and spices
Mix thoroughly, adding enough water or stock until moist
Stuff loosely in bird
