Ingredients
- 35 square shortbread cookies (Lorna doone)
- 11 oz Kraft caramel bits
- 1 Tbl milk
- 3 oz semi sweet chocolate
- 3 oz white chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Line 9x13" pan with foil, extend over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookies in single layer on bottom of prepared pan.
Microwave caramel bits and milk approx 1 1/2-2 minutes until completely melted and well blended. Stir after each minute. Pour over cookies, spread to cover completely.
Microwave chocolates until almost melted,approx 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds. Pour over caramel layer, spread to completely cover.
