10 Minute Berry Pie

- 1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 1/2 c powdered milk
- 1-2 drops food coloring
- 1 c fresh or frozen berries, sweetened
- 1/2 c evaporated milk
- 1 7 in baked pie shell
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Whip evaporated milk until it is stiff and then fold in berries.
Pour in pie shell or crumb crust.
Chill 15 minutes.
Store in fridge. Yields 4 servings. (Contains less fat and sugar than most pies).
