Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 3/4 Lb. Spinach Fettuccine
  • 4 Tbs. Unsalted Butter, cubed
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • Salt & Pepper to taste



Step 1

Bring large pot of salted water to boil and cook spinach fettuccine according to package instructions or until al dente. Drain pasta and pour back into pot. Add butter, cream, and nutmeg, stirring constantly. Slowly add in Parmesan, salt and pepper. Keep stirring until cheese is mostly melted and incorporated.
