Cheesy Bacon Bombs

  • 2 lbs. bacon
  • 1 pkg cubed mozzarella cheese
  • can of biscuits 8 ct.



Step 1

Quarter biscuits, place cheese cube inside each quarterd biscuit and close tightly, wrap bacon tightly around biscuit and use large skewer to hold together. Heat pan of oil (canola) to 350 degrees and place them in only a few at a time. Once a golden color and bacon is cooked take out and drain on paper towel. Serve warm.
