Choc Nut Slice
- 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 60 g roasted hazelnuts
- 60 g roasted macadamia nuts
- 60 g blanched and roasted almonds

Cooking time 15mins
Lightly roast all nuts.
Spray a bar tin with oil and layer with baking paper.
Melt chocolate and stir in condensed milk and coarsely chopped nuts - you will need to do this quickly because mixture will start to set as soon as condensed milk is added.
Quickly transfer mixture to bar tin and refrigerate overnight until firm. Remove from tin and discard baking paper. Cut into thin slices and lightly sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
