- 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 Sticks Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 3 Cups Cake Flour
- 6 Eggs

Step 1
Mix cream cheese and butter until creamy. While beating, add 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour. Repeat process until all ingredients are used. Pour mixture in loaf pan and bake at slightly under 300 degrees. Spray pan with non-stick coating. Place cake in cold oven and baking time should be about 2 hours. Test cake by inserting straw. if dough does not stick to straw, cake is done. Cool before serving from pan.
