Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Flavor
- 2 Eggs, keep white separate

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, flour, lemon flavor, and egg yolks together. Beat egg whites stiff, pour over rest of ingredients. Scald milk and mix all together. Pour into an unbaked crust. Yield: 9" pie.
