Ingredients
- 7 # potatoes
- 5 Tbls butter
- 3/4 cup parmesan
- 3-4 Tbs milk
- 3 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
- eggwash
- bread crumbs
- rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes. Add potatoes, butter, parmesan cheese,milk, salt and pepper.
Use mixer to blend. Shape into pears.
Dip in eggwash and roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry at 350 degrees.
Put rosemary in top of potato as stem.
