Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 egg
- 2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pkg toffee bits

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In large bowl, stir flour and sugar. Cut in butter till it resembles course crumbs. Add egg and mix well. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips & nuts.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups of mixture. Press rest of mixture into greased pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Pour sweetened condensed milk.
Reserve 1/4 cup toffee bits. Pour remaining toffee bits over condensed milk. Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 cups mixture evenly and spread remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup toffee bits.
Let cool on rack and cut.
