Pumpkin Yeast Bread

This recipe was for a bread maker but I make it by hand. Strange water amount

Ingredients

  • 5/8 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2-3/4 cups bread flour
  • 2-1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

1- mix in bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer or in mixer
2 - if in bread machine, select dough other wise put on oiled bowl and let double then punch down and put in bread pan.
3 - Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F
4 - Bake for 35 -45 mins or until thermometer inserted in the center reads 200 deg F (95 deg C)
