Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions chopped fine
- 2 dashes Tabasco
- 1 dash Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup coarse bread crumbs
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup half and half
- Butter or olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except eggs and half and half. Form into cakes. Combine eggs and half and half.
Dip cakes into the egg mixture then roll in bread crumbs.
Sauté in butter or olive oil until brown.
Serve with Remoulade sauce
