Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c mozzarella
- 24 oz container cottage cheese
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- Lasagna noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, spaghetti sauce, water, and salt.
In 9 x 13 pan, layer noodles 4 or 5 across.
Add 1/3 of the beef mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 mozzarella, and 1/3 sauce.
Repeat.
End with ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Rest 1/2 hour before serving.
