Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Quarts Milk, scalded
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 4 Level Tbs. Cornstarch
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbs. Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients and press into a large cake or jellyroll pan. Separate 4 of the eggs and keep the whites until last. Beat other ingredients, then add beaten egg whites and pour into crust. Sprinkle blueberries over and bake at 350 degrees until done.
