Ingredients

  • WHITE CHOCOLATE
  • 3 c white chocolate chips
  • 24 dried cranberries
  • 24 shelled pistachios
  • 1/3 c melted milk chocolate, for swirling
  • MILK CHOCOLATE
  • 3 c milk chocolate chips
  • 12 pretzel sticks, halved
  • 24 pieces caramel corn
  • 24 mini chocolate & peanut butter candies
  • DARK CHOCOLATE
  • 3 c dark chocolate chips
  • 24 spiced nuts
  • 24 candied orange peels

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, nuke chocolate in 3 increments of 30 seconds, stirring between each increment to prevent burning. Once melted, scrape into a pastry bad or a zip-top bag.
2. Cut off the end of the bag, making a hole just big enough to slowly pipe chocolate into a silicon ice cube tray w/molds that are about 1"x1", filling each mold ~ 3/4 full. (For a chocolate swirl, add 1/2t milk chocolate to each mold & use a toothpick to make a swirl.) Decorate w/toppings. Place in freezer until set, 5-10 min. Pop out of tray to serve.
