Peach-Thyme Ice Cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 pounds ripe peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and puree. Pour into 2 standard ice cube trays and freeze overnight. Serve in white sangria or sparkling wine.
