Chipotle Cilantro Slaw

Ingredients

• 1/4 c mayo
• 1 T sugar
• 2 T sour cream
• 1 t lime zest
• 2 T red wine vinegar
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 pepper
• 1 16 oz shredded cole slaw mix
• 1 carrot shredded
• 2 can chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce , finely chopped
• 1/2 c minced fresh cilantro
