Fresh Cinnamon Raisin Bread

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Optional: 1 cup raisins



Step 1

In a large bowl stir together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast until combined.
Stir in the water and mix until just combined.
Cover and allow it to sit on the counter for 12 hours or overnight.
Knead in the cinnamon and raisins if desired.
Bake at 450 for 30-45 minutes in a greased loaf pan, or until a toothpick comes out clean
