Ingredients
- 1 C Evaporated Milk
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 C Butter
- 1 Package Peanut Butter Chips (12 oz)
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 6 tsp Butter
- 1/2 C Corn Syrup
- 2 C Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare an 8" square pan with foil.
In a large pot (spaghetti boiling size), combine milk, sugar, salt and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 8 minutes stirring constantly with a whisk. Remove from heat and add peanut butter chips. Stir until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and chill for at least 30 minutes.
In a large pot, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread on top and Chill over night.
