Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 3 lg eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350F

Beat butter & sugar until fluffy
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Beat in vanilla
In a seperate bowl combine flour, baking powder & salt
With mixer on low add alternately flour mix ^ milk

Bake for 18-20 minutes
