Snow Ghost Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

• 1/4 Cup Cocoa
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1/3 Cup Cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 3 Cups Milk
• 3 Tbs. Butter
• 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and cornstarch in a saucepan. Gradually add milk. Cook until thick; add butter and vanilla. Pour into a 9" baked pie shell while hot for best results. Top with whipped cream when cold.
