Ingredients
- fresh green beans
- garlic
- lemon (whole)
- slivered almonds
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Blanche green beans and place in serving dish
in a skillet with olive oil, toast slivered almonds until start to smell the toast;
add minced garlic and lemon zest
toss until well mixed
drizzle juice of lemon over the green beans
add the almonds and garlic
