Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. white balsamic or white wine vinegor
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- SALAD
- 2 chicken breasts
- seasoned salt
- 12 ounces mixed baby greens
- 4 ounces smoked gouda
- 2 c. grapes, sliced in half
- 1 large apple, sliced in pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Grill or poach the chicken, and cut into pieces.
Mix all the salad ingredients together.
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and dress the salad prior to serving.
