Creamy Artichoke and Leek Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg Knorr Cream of Leek soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove mined garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish
Bake uncovered @ 350F for 25 minutes or until heated through
Serve warm
