Poblano Salsa

Ingredients

  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 2 poblano chiles
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 scallions
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°. Place all ingredients in a bowl, and toss together. Pour out on sheet pan, and roast in the oven 30 minute or until golden. Let cool. Stem and seed t1h peppers, and remove the charred skins Place all ingredients in a blender, and puts until puréed. Season to taste.
